It's has been 3 weeks since my last post, and there still seems to be no solution to the BBC iPlayer radio fault. Most other problems with El Capitan have been resolved, so I though it best to start a topic specific to this problem. Do you think you will be able to resolve this issue? Thanks

Unfortunately the BBC iPlayer issue is a lot of work, unlike the other problems which were quicker fixes. Although it roughly coincided with the release of El Capitan, it seems to have been caused by the BBC website changing the way they stream video. We are certainly still actively working on this and still intend to have it out before the end of the year. Sorry for the inconvenience.
