Hi 

i updated my macbook pro recently and my jasksta deluxe is longer workind,

when i try to open it, it says ( installation error). I reinstalled the program but   I am still getting the spinning wheel and have to force quit to get this to close. It is completely not operational. 

please advice what to do. thanks

Can you try installing this new deluxe bundle:

http://download.shedworx.com/jakstadeluxe/beta/JakstaDeluxe.pkg

This has fixes for the new OS X El Capitan.

Deluxe installed ... and activated

 Play video to grab .....and nothing .

Apart from turn it 'ON' what else do i do ?

Iv'e tried Safari and Chrome browsers

Sorry for the delay.

Can you say what sites you are visiting? Does this problem occur for all sites, or just a specific site? For instance, does it capture from YouTube?

The next time this occurs, can you send the log file to us? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking Find Log File.
