Jaksta

I recently updated to 1.3.4 and now I am getting the configuration error and installation error. I have already deleted prior copies of Jaksta Music Miner and made sure that it is only installed to the applications folder but I am still getting the spinning wheel and have to force quit to get this to close. It is completely not operational. I am attaching my log. Please help. Thanks

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for posting the log file. It looks like Jaksta Music Miner was unable to install properly - can you try installing it again? You can get it from here again if necessary:

Do you see any error messages during the installation? Or is it only when you actually start Jaksta Music Miner that you see errors?

Do you know whether you have administrator access when you install it? It should ask you to enter your password to make changes during the install, do you see this?

I have already tried installing this three times and removing the old copy and replacing into the applications folder each time I encounter the same problem. Error is only noted when starting the application and switching the off button to on. During installation on all occasions I have been asked to authorize the installation with administrator access (password is prompted) and install completes without errors . Hope this helps, please let me know what I need to do to get this working.

I downloaded the Jaksta suite two days ago, and El Capitan around the same time. All I get are configuration errors. Nothing about Jaksta is working.

Sorry for the delay. We have fixed versions for El Capitan.

Jaksta Media Recorder:

The installers will install the new versions in your Applications folder - make sure you run it from here. If you have an older version somewhere else, it still won't work.
