Unfortunately BBC iPlayer is a tougher issue - we know about this not working at the moment and it should be fixed in an update. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi, I have just tried the trial version on my Windows partition and it seems to work fine on BBC iPlayer. So it must be related to El Capitan rather than BBC iPlayer. Do you think you will have a solution soon?

Hi Ian,

BBC iPlayer is an issue for the Mac version in general, regardless of the OS X version you have. I can't provide an ETA at the moment, but yes hopefully it should be within the next few weeks.

Any news on the iPlayer issue? I am a bit reluctant to buy the Windows version, having already paid for the OSX version.
