Sorry but we don't specifically develop Jaksta to be compatible with VPNs, so that's not something we would investigate.
I can only speak to it working with IPVanish because I know from personal experience.

Can you see if there another vpn service work on jaksta other than ipvantage
I use one called IPVanish that has always worked well. Can't speak to any other VPNs.
