My copy of Jaksta 1.3.3 automatically converts flv files to mov format, but it doesn't do this for mp4. Is there a setting that I need to change?

Hi Richard,

It automatically converts flv files because iTunes can't play them by default.

If you want to convert all files to mov, find the file format selector at the bottom left of the Jaksta window and change it from Default to Quicktime.
