Jaksta

I lately reinstalled Jaksta on my Mac after having it reset to factory settings... I have been unable to stream from youtube on either safari or firefox.. Can you help please? I need some important videos for my class project..

Sorry for the delay in my reply! Hope it's not too late for your project.

It looks like you are using an older version - a beta of the new capturing system before we got it working properly. Can you try downloading the latest version of Jaksta from here:

http://jaksta.com/download/mac/jaksta-media-recorder

Make sure you leave the Jaksta app in your Applications folder and make sure you are running the new version that you have installed - you should be able to go to About Jaksta in the menu and verify that it's version 1.4.4.
