I can not I recorder Video using Jaksta.

The video I try caputrar uses jwplayer 6.12.4956 (Pro Edition).

What can I do to fix this?

I using:

Jaksta Version 1.4.4 (184)

Mac Os X - 10.10.5 (14F27)

Hi Joao,

Can you say what site you are trying to capture from? The next time this occurs, can you send the log file to us? You can find it by going to the Preferences and clicking the Find Log File button.

Also are you actually capturing from video playing in the browser (using a plugin), or does it launch in a standalone app?

Hi Joao,

Unfortunately we are not able to capture from this site at the moment. They are using some special tricks to evade programs like Jaksta. We may be able to capture from them again in the future as we make changes to Jaksta. Sorry I can't be of more help here.

I really can not tell what they are doing.

All sites using this technology, http://www.jwplayer.com/learn-more/, does not work with Jaksta.

Long ago, I could record, however, believe that they have done some modification.

Sorry, I'm afraid no specific progress on this. We have a large list of sites to look at, obviously this one should be possible as the Windows version already does it, but we are not looking at the at the moment as our attention is on support for sites with higher usage. When you first asked we were improving YouTube support, at the moment it's BBC iPlayer that we are working on.

Sorry I can't be more helpful at the moment, I know it's frustrating. Unfortunately it's not trivial at all to keep the Windows and Mac versions identical.
