Yes I have!!! I get TV-programs, everything without sound and separate sound files!! (if converted to Mac but soundless movies whatever I do. I used Jaksta for ages without problem but lately I get soundless downloads, sometimes only sound files, a bunch of different files in different sizes I do not want. What on earth have Jaksta turned into. I paid the upgrade believing everything was fixt but it is much worse. Is this crap now or what should you do to return to normal? And why am I writing this here? Where is the f-n support?
