I'll be getting a 2nd laptop soon, will I be able to download & use the product with the same license code on my that computer as well? I'll be using both copmputers, so want to make sure the same license code will be usable on both? Thank you.

Yes you will.
A Jaksta license can be used simultaneously on up to two separate devices.
