It appears that I am also unable to download the video, both via the normal stream capture method and the URL bar downloader.
Can you please reattempt the download, and then when it fails can you send through a log file?
You can find it in Jaksta by going to Preferences > General > Find Log File

I record each week from http://hopess.hopetv.org . I purchased the new update thinking it would be more stable. It had problems with the first program getting a download, then when I updated your new program, it will not download at all. I have 20,000 views a month on YouTube. right now I a having to record by another method since this does not work. You try it, I sent you a link.
