Hi,

Jaksta is not working to capture ANY videos for me on my mac since I updated to a newer version. It was working fine before with the old version. Please help!

Sorry for the slow response times over the Christmas break.

Do you know which version you had before? First just try reinstalling as Mark suggested:
http://download.shedworx.com/jaksta/beta/Jaksta-1.5.1.pkg

If it still isn't working, can you send the log file to us after trying to capture from a couple of sites? You can find it by going  to the Preferences and clicking Find Log File.

I had the same issue and I received the following reply:

Try the latest version - it has fixes specific to Sierra:
