Hi Kannan,
Sorry for the long delay!
Is it only one particular site that does not work, or all sites? For instance, does YouTube still work?
Are you able to try logging into your machine under a different user, and then install and run Jaksta under that user? Does it work? This may help to get around permission issues.
Otherwise, are you able to start Jaksta, then visit a number of videos on sites in a browser, then send us the log file immediately afterwards? Unfortunately I can't see anything in the log so far.
Thanks,
Ben

Hi Kannan,
I got your email, thanks!
Unfortunately in this case the log files don't seem to be giving any indication of why it isn't working, apart from taking a very long time to connect to the proxy (which suggests there may be a problem with it).
First try reinstalling both apps (see the green download buttons):
Make sure they are not running at the time you install them again.
If this does not help, are you willing to try logging into your machine under a different user, and then install and run Jaksta under that user? I know this is very inconvenient as a workaround, but it's valuable to check whether this fixes the problem (as a diagnostic test).
Thanks,
Ben

Macbook Pro El Capitain 10.11.5
Hello- Long term user of Jaksta with no problems. Working yesterday flawlessly- today none of the products for video or music working at all- no streams detected on firefox, safari or chrome.
I did download antivirus software yesterday (Kaspersky)- but even if disabled that still doesn't fix
I downloaded the Beta jaksta and that does not work either.
If it was El Capitain then why was it working yesterday?
What do I do? Help!!
K
