You can get to it in Jaksta Converter by going to File > Reveal Log File
Please attach the log file itself rather than copying and pasting the code here.

The reason it cannot convert is because the file itself does not have enough metadata for the Converter app to work with.
This may be because the file just does not have much metadata in it or it may be corrupted.
Either way, there is not much that can be done with Jaksta Converter.
My best suggestion would be to try converting using a free, powerful converter program called Handbrake - https://handbrake.fr/
If it does not work with that then most likely it is the file is corrupted.
