Please read the following for how to disable secure boot:
If you use "what I hear" then anything you can hear will be recorded. This includes all beeps your computer might make.
Ideally you want to use Application recording as this captures only the audio from the Application being recorded. Application recording requires secure boot to be turned off so our audio driver can connect to the audio stream of the application.

There was a message regarding BIOS. If I record "what I hear" is that a lower quality recording?? If so what setting should I be adjusting on my PC?
