i can only access media recorder, no other app will load.  i am trying to use the screen recorder.  i am told that sunflower won't load.  i have tried to substitute black hole, but no help.  i have a mac mini with m1 chip, ventura 13.0.1.  please assist

i have asked for help with jaksta deluxe numerous times.  no one responds.  why?

i still can't use your products.  have you made any progress with being available to a mac mini with ventura 13.2 ?
