Jaksta

Do the following to generate a clean log file:

1. Open Jaksta Converter
2. Go to File > Reveal Log File
   • This will open a Finder window that needs to remain open for the remainder of the process
3. Quit Jaksta Converter
4. Delete the log file in the Finder window
5. Reopen Jaksta Converter
   • This will automatically generate a new log file in the Finder window
6. Attempt to use Jaksta Converter under the circumstances that result in an issue
7. Quit Jaksta Converter once it fails and/or the error is reproduced
8. Source the new log file in the Finder window and then attach it to your reply (don't copy and paste the code in it - send the file itself)
