Use Auto detection mode. Several quality streams are detected and downloaded just fine.
I am having same issues. I have auto detection on and it is still only recording 20 seconds. Please help.
Are you using Auto mode as suggested? If so then please provide debug logs as per https://support.jaksta.com/discussions/topics/6000009063

I am new to Jaksta Media Recorder
Running paid version 6.0.1.33
Jaksta will only record 20 seconds of Qello concert and then stops.
Netflix works fine
I am running Windows 10 64 bit
