Sorry for the delay.
JMR supports detecting and downloading RTSP streams. Its monitoring port 554 by default for RTSP.
If the RTSP stream you want to detect and download is streaming on a different port then add it via the Settings > Internet Downloads > Advanced > Ports tabs.
